In chair yoga, postures are done seated in a chair, standing, or by coming to the floor with support. Options are widely available to keep from bearing weight on sore joints. Aside from the physical stretch, chair yoga incorporates healing breath work and calming meditation practices.

Perfect for anyone who experiences physical discomfort in a traditional yoga class, especially those healing from injury or caring for a chronic condition. Also great for those who seek a gentle practice.
